The Reserve bank of India, under the FEMA 1999 -(Foreign Exchange Management Act) sets directives for NRI's to restrict or regulate the acquisition or transfer of immovable property in India.

NRI Salaried and NRI self-employed persons, under RBI guidelines, can approach only nationalized banks and other Home Finance Companies for home loans.

Is financing available on the properties ?

All major HFC's have approved our projects and if you fall within their eligibility criteria you could avail the loan from them. Specific loan terms and conditions can be obtained from the HFC's concerned.
Are your projects approved ?
Are changes in design possible ?

Yes, change in material used and minor design changes can be considered if it doesn't involve major structural changes. However external changes will not be permitted.
Is maintenance taken care of ?

Yes, general maintenance is taken care of by a professional in-house maintenance team.
Who will be responsible on the construction site ?

There would be a construction manager on-site who will be responsible for the construction work.
