Festival Season, we have more reasons to celebrate at Palm Meadows.
Recreational and playful avenues have now commenced... the Squash
Court is where you can exert and keep fit...while kids can frolic
in the new Children's Play Area at Phase II.
Get set. Go. Straight to the formal pool and swim away your blues...jump
into the large refreshing pool and cool yourself. Currently open
on weekends and Public Holidays.
Our Project Teams at Palm Meadows have been setting standards
in exemplary community building exercises too! The recent Independence
Day and Ganesha Puja celebrations were truly occasions for friendship,
joy and social harmony.
The recent property tax assessment endeavors with all owners from
our marketing team, was yet another example of the Adarsh commitment
to customer comfort.
While project works are fast heading towards completion and teams
expanding to contribute better efficiencies, we shall keep you
posted about many more interesting happenings at Palm Meadows.

Project update
We have delivered 299 villas till date. Another 61 villas are
now ready for handover and 25 villas have been given for interior
works. All remaining villas are fast nearing completion.

The ClubHouse
All works in the ClubHouse getting priority completion schedules
and further Activity Plans are being chalked out for a speedy
launch.

Infrastructure
Picket fencing completed for 184 villas. Sprinklers installed
in about 60% of villas Sprinkler System piping nearing completion
Razor wire / barbed wire fencing for all peripheral walls completed.

A Tribute to the Family HomeMaker.
" My wife has taught me a variety of wonderful and useful
things. She has taught me that family worship is an important
part of courting and love. She has taught me that a man cannot
appreciate a woman of virtue until he ha been brought to his knees
by God. That my child is a reflection of my own self. She has
taught me that leading our family is more important than romance.
And not to take a single moment in life for granted, because things
can be taken away just as fast as they are given. She has taught
me that a marriage without romance is a recipe for disaster. That
accepting the faults and shortcomings of relatives actually helps
achieve patience, peace and happiness. She has helped me to realize
that, as her husband, I have the delighful and lifelong privilege
of becoming an expert at delighting her. And for those who think
I sound constrained, my bride gives of herself to me in abundance
as well "
